Terms of Service
Who this is for
NEXUS is operated for use by its operator and by other people the operator explicitly authorizes. It is built to manage social media accounts that the operator owns, or that the account holder has explicitly authorized the operator to manage. It is not offered as a public, self-serve service.
Connecting an account
Connecting a TikTok account to NEXUS happens through TikTok's own official OAuth consent screen. By connecting an account, you confirm that you own it or have the account holder's explicit authorization to manage it on their behalf, and that you are authorizing NEXUS to act on it only within the scopes you approve during that consent flow.
You can revoke this authorization at any time. Once revoked, NEXUS immediately stops being able to act on that account, and any content still waiting for approval or scheduling for it is blocked from publishing.
What NEXUS will not do
Regardless of what a connected account authorizes, NEXUS does not perform, and will not be used for:
- Fake accounts, bot activity, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Fabricated engagement, follower counts, or performance metrics
- Publishing without a completed human approval step
- Bypassing TikTok's platform restrictions, rate limits, or detection systems
- Managing an account without the owner's genuine authorization
Content responsibility
NEXUS drafts content and proposes a publishing schedule, but nothing is published without a human reviewing and approving that specific version first. The person who approves a piece of content is responsible for it — for its accuracy, its compliance with TikTok's policies, and its compliance with any disclosure requirements that apply.
No performance guarantee
NEXUS measures real, already-published results and uses them to inform future content decisions. Anything it predicts about future performance is described as a probability based on that account's own history, evidence, and a stated confidence level — never as a guarantee. Nothing in NEXUS should be read as promising a particular view count, engagement rate, or "viral" outcome.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as NEXUS's capabilities change; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Access for a connected account can be suspended or ended at any time by revoking its authorization, by either the account holder or the operator.
